OUMF Student Team Invited to St. Mary's Trophy at the Goodwood Revival

The OUMF team are set to make history as the first student team to be invited to race in the St. Mary's Trophy at this year's Goodwood Revival.

After nearly 100 HRDC races, 50 trophies, two overall wins and an exciting Goodwood debut in the Jack Sears Trophy last year, the team received the call that the OUMF Riley 1.5 will take its place on the grid amongst the best historic saloon cars in the world. 

The St. Mary's Trophy is seen by many as one of the highlights of the finest historic racing festival in the world.  The two-part saloon car race sees driving shared by celebrity and owner drivers, professional celebrity drivers racing on Saturday and the owners on Sunday, the overall winner being decided by aggregate time of both drivers. 

Thank you to the Duke of Richmond and Gordon, the Goodwood Revival, our patron Julius Thurgood and all of our supporters, that allow an unfunded student race team to compete against the best historic teams and drivers at the worlds greatest historic motorsport event.
